Joe said of his career, ‘The main excitement of this job for me is the responsibility, and the satisfaction of designing Mechanical Services installations that are taken from the drawing board right through to practical completion.’
Joe’s employer has also commented on Joe’s hard work and determination, ‘Joe has grown within this short time to a level where he is designing, running and commissioning projects requiring a high level of thought, skill and involvement.
Joe has embraced working with modern design, especially renewable energy projects and is keen to develop this aspect of our industry. Joe’s mature approach was reflected in his studies at the building college.’
Joe has now established himself with his employer and within the industry and was able to do this, because of the BSE Apprenticeship that he undertook through BEST.
The BSE Apprenticeship opened many doors for Joe and enabled him to progress his career within his company, giving him aspirations to run his own business in the future.
