Building services engineer apprenticeship

• Responsible for creating and maintaining a comfortable, energy-efficient and safe environment within a building for heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, lighting and power, plumbing, drainage, fire protection and acoustics
• Develop specialist skills in preparing detailed drawings and job specifications
• Estimate cost of materials and labour
• Attend site meetings
• Work is both office based and on building sites, in locations such as factories, schools, hospitals, shops and offices
