The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) are conducting employer and learner surveys over the next few months to see what you feel about the training that you or your organisation has received.

To gather as many views, and from as wide a range of disciplines as possible, the LSC will be contacting employers directly, initially by post or via email and if necessary following up with telephone contact.

The Learner Views Survey which, like the Employer Views survey only takes a few minutes to complete, has to be completed on-line. BEST are sending letters to all our in-scope learners to advise them how they can complete the survey and our Training Advisers and Assessors will be on hand to provide advice and guidance where required.

Great importance is placed on the findings of these surveys so it is very important that as many as possible are completed. We hope you are all able to co-operate so that the feedback gathered from the surveys is as comprehensive and useful to shape future training as possible. We look forward to your support.
