BEST Apprentices Shine at West Midlands Awards

 

Four BEST apprentices received top accolades at the West Midlands awards for building services engineering (BSE), in recognition of their achievements and commitment throughout their apprenticeship programmes.

 

Sam Williams, employed by Johnson Tiles bagged the award for special achievement award in the H&V Industrial/Commercial advanced apprenticeship.

He is highly regarded by his employer, works very well in a very close knit team, who can be left to competently carry out any tasks he is given. During the Skillpipe competition Sam demonstrated professionalism, perseverance and maturity beyond his years.

  • Ben Podmore – Service and Maintenance Engineer of the Year category
  • Darren Dean – Heating and Ventilating Industrial and Commercial Engineer of the Year
