ILM NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management

The ILM Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management Training Course is specifically designed for a practicing middle manager who has responsibility for:

  • Allocation of work.
  • Achieving results by using resources effectively.
  • Carrying out Policy in their area of responsibility.
  • Controlling financial budgets.
  • Staff recruitment.
  • Change Management

It aims to give participants an opportunity to develop their management performance, to become more effective achieving the Organisations Goals and Objectives and to progress their career.

Participants take four mandatory units, covering:

  • Develop and Implement operational plans to ensure goals and objectives are achieved for your area of responsibility.
  • Encourage innovation in your area of responsibility to maintain high level of performance.
  • Develop productive working relationships with Colleagues and Stake holders.
  • Plan change within your area of responsibility.

In addition, participants will be required to select at least three relevant optional units from a choice of 39.
