Manual Handling Training Course

Overview

This course is aimed at any person who as part of their working duties are required to carry out manual handling operations and covers the main requirements of the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992.

The course normally takes approximately 3 hours to complete and upon completion a certificate will be issued (the certificate will be valid for 3 years).

• Factors affecting Manual Handling

• The effects of lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying

• Manual Handling techniques

• Open course: £65 per person
